This program consists of 11, 3-hour sessions & 1, 2 hour Personal session –
- First Session – Discuss the important elements of PMP Process and PMP Application process
- 2 - 11 Sessions – Cover the Introduction, 3 Domains
- 12th Sessions – One to one – Analyse the exam readiness, build exam strategy
Cover the course content and key topics aligned with PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep PMBOK edition 7, discuss exam type question at the end of each module, discuss the tips and hints for the exam; practice and discuss 10 exam style questions – most importantly talk about various answering techniques. The last session will be dedicated to the development of your exam strategy. After completion of your registration, you will prepare your application, once you are ready with your draft application, we will review it and make it ready to be approved by PMI.

A project is temporary in that it has a defined beginning and end in time, and therefore defined scope and resources. About the Trainer
Seshne Govender is the Founder and Director of Fundamental Project Management, offering project management training and consulting services. She is also a PMI ATP Instructor at vCare Project Management. Seshne guides and mentors future project managers. With over 15 years of Program and Project Management experience, she led successful IT deliveries across the finance, telecommunications, and retail sectors.
Seshne's journey began as an Engineer but evolved into a passion for banking projects. She worked in diverse roles, such as Process Engineer, Business Analyst, Project Manager, and Program Manager. She certified Program Management Professional (PgMP)®, Project Management Professional (PMP)®, Disciplined Agile Scrum Master (DASM), and Disciplined Agile Senior Scrum Master (DASSM). These certifications have enhanced her skills and knowledge in project management methodologies, frameworks, and best practices.
