  • Pre-Class Preparation: Participants are expected to read from The Standard for Program Management (SPM), Examination Content Outline (ECO), and The Complete Reference Guide to reinforce learning.
  • Interactive Classes: Each session includes Q&A, real-world examples, and practice with exam-style questions to sharpen test-taking skills.
  • Continued Access: Participants can reach the trainer through email, phone, WhatsApp, and Telegram for additional guidance and support throughout the program.

Weekly Study Plan:

  1. Week 1: Introduction to PgMP®

  4. Week 4: Stakeholder Engagement and Governance

  5. Week 5: Program Lifecycle Management and Formulation
    • Managing the program lifecycle, including formulation and collaboration across projects.
  6. Week 6: Program Planning, Delivery, and Closing
    • Focus on program planning, effective delivery, monitoring and controlling, and program closure.
  7. Final Week: Exam Readiness Check and Exam Strategy
    • Assess exam readiness, identify knowledge gaps, and review strategies for the final week leading up to the exam. Guidance will be provided on exam-day management and tips for passing on the first attempt.
