This Program is designed to fast track your PfMP exam preparation. If you are highly motivated and targeting to complete the exam within 2-3 months, then this program is for you. The program will be delivered live on Zoom (via internet), using webcam and screen share.

You are expected to read the designated chapter from The Standard for Portfolio Management (SPfM) 3^rd Edition, The Complete Reference Guide for PfMP (CRG) and Examination Content Outline (ECO) for PfMP. By the time when you come to the class you should have a good understanding of the topic. During the class, I will go through the slides, clarify your doubts, provide hints and tips for exam and will assign 10 questions. By the time we finish the class, you will have a full understanding of the topic and you will know to answer certain type of questions.

The final session will be a personal 1-hour session. This will be dedicated to the development of exam strategy. We will talk about the do's and don'ts, hints and tips on how to use your time effectively and most importantly how to pass the exam on your first attempt.

While attending a group program, you will not only learn from the trainer, but also from your co-attendees. Best learnings are attained by participating in the discussions and questions. We will meet every week for a session of 1 hour for the next 9 weeks. This program is generally functioning on a fixed schedule. Session #1 – Discuss the essential elements of PfMP Process and PfMP Application process

Session #2 to #9 – Covers the Introduction, 5 Process Groups, Processes, Tools & Techniques, and Portfolio Artefacts

Session #10 – One to one – Analyse the exam readiness, build exam strategy.

After your registration, we will share the PfMP Application Support package. This consists of PfMP Application Support Handbook with 2 examples. You will prepare your application and once you are ready with your draft application, we will review it & make it ready for the approval of PMI.
