This reference guide has been developed to assist Program Management Professional (PgMP)^® aspirants to prepare for their PgMP^®Exam. This book is based on information from the Standard for Program Management 4th Edition, PgMP^®Examination Content Outline(ECO)and PMBOK^®Guide Sixth Edition. Since the exam is based on ECO, I have built this book based on ECO. Each chapter starts with tasks from ECO, then connect them with activities and sections from SPMv4 and PMBOKv6. Followed by the detailed discussion of each topic from SPM, hints, and tips for the exam and 10 questions. All questions have answers with explanations and clear references to ECO and/or to the standard.
